In
what color would you describe your week? Having problems in your life lately? Let
us listen to His voice and His words. Do not solve your own
problems without asking for His help. It would be a foolish thing to do if we
do not submit and surrender our problems to our all-knowing God. Despite
all unfavorable situations and problems in your life, why not thank the Lord?
Always
remember, God is always with us. You are His child. By Christ Jesus, you are accepted.
If you are in Christ Jesus, your old self is gone, the new has come! You are
His child and remember how God rejoices over you!
The
Bible gives us many examples on how to overcome any problem. For
example: Abraham and Sarah (previously Abram and Sarai). They cannot bear
any children. God promised Abraham that he would have many
children. (Genesis 17:15) At first, Abraham doubted because he and her
wife were both 100 and 90 years old. In our world it is impossible
for a very old aged couple to have a child but our God
is All-Powerful. He knows everything and He has infinite wisdom and
power. In Genesis 21:1, God fulfilled His promise. Sarah had a son named
Isaac. By having faith that God will help us, nothing is impossible (Luke
1:37).
Condemnation
and oppression comes from Satan. Do not let him deceive you. He’ll throw out
fiery darts which contains suggestions that you are just alone facing the
problem. He will attack by using fiery darts either be it in media, friends and
the world. In time if you will not renew your mind with the word of God, the
problem becomes hopeless. Do not believe him but be transformed by the renewing
of your mind through the Word of God! (Romans 12:2)
Right
this very moment, why not pray? Start giving thanks and ask for help and His
divine wisdom and guidance. Ask first forgiveness for your sins and inequities.
Let go of all anger and fear. Right now surrender those
problems to Him. Ask for His Holy presence. Then declare
that in the name of Jesus, God reigns over the problem, over your family, over
everything. Keep on pouring out your emotions to Him. Lift unto Him a
voice of praise. Forever all your days, God is always with you. No
one or nothing can ever separate His love for us. Hold on to His promises.
Remember, His promises are all true. Just believe. Amen!
