So right, sin entered the world. Through sin, there are a lot of consequences. What about now? Is there a living hope? Find out more below. This is a continuation of the topic, Humanity has fallen.
God has a plan!
After all that has happened to the Earth, do God have an eternal plan of salvation? Well there is!
God has a plan of redeeming humanity. Jesus Christ. He was chosen as our ransom.
God chose Him long time ago, as it is His eternal plan.
It says in 1 Peter 1:20: " Christ was chosen before the world was made, but he was shown to the world in these last times for you."
Jesus Christ broke the power of death. He showed the way to life and immortality through the good news. It says in 2 Timothy 1:9-10 "That grace was given to us through Christ Jesus before time began. 10 And now it has been shown to us in the coming of our Savior Christ Jesus. He destroyed death and showed us the way to have life. Yes, through the Good News Jesus showed us the way to have life that cannot be destroyed."
Through faith in Christ, we can come boldly and confidently into God's presence. It says in Ephesians 3:12:
"In Christ we come before God with freedom and without fear. We can do this because of our faith in Christ." It also says in Ephesians 3:6-11: " 6 And this is the secret truth: that by hearing the Good News, those who are not Jews will share with the Jews in the blessings God has for his people. They are part of the same body, and they share in the promise God made through Christ Jesus.
7 By God’s special gift of grace, I became a servant to tell that Good News. He gave me that grace by using his power. 8 I am the least important of all God’s people. But he gave me this gift—to tell the non-Jewish people the Good News about the riches Christ has. These riches are too great to understand fully. 9 And God gave me the work of telling all people about the plan for his secret truth. That secret truth has been hidden in him since the beginning of time. He is the one who created everything. 10 His purpose was that all the rulers and powers in the heavenly places will now know the many different ways he shows his wisdom. They will know this because of the church. 11 This agrees with the plan God had since the beginning of time. He did what he planned, and he did it through Christ Jesus our Lord."
Through faith in Christ, a believer will have a guarantee to share God's glory. It says in Colossians 1:26-27: "26 This message is the secret truth that was hidden since the beginning of time. It was hidden from everyone for ages, but now it has been made known to God’s holy people. 27 God decided to let his people know just how rich and glorious that truth is. That secret truth, which is for all people, is that Christ lives in you, his people. He is our hope for glory."
Why is God's plan of redemption very significant?
It is the only way to receive Spiritual blessings. It says in Ephesians 1:3 " Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. In Christ, God has given us every spiritual blessing in heaven."
It is the only basis to be loved, chosen and adopted into God's own family. It says in Ephesians 1:4-5: "In Christ, he chose us before the world was made. He chose us in love to be his holy people—people who could stand before him without any fault. 5 And before the world was made, God decided to make us his own children through Jesus Christ. This was what God wanted, and it pleased him to do it." It also says in Romans 8:17: "If we are God’s children, we will get the blessings God has for his people. He will give us all that he has given Christ. But we must suffer like Christ suffered. Then we will be able to share his glory."
It is God's only way to release His glorious grace. It says in Ephesians 1:6 and 8 "6 And this brings praise to God because of his wonderful grace. God gave that grace to us freely. He gave us that grace in Christ, the one he loves. 8 God gave us that grace fully and freely. With full wisdom and understanding."
It is the only basis for the forgiveness of sins. It says in Ephesians 1:7: "In Christ we are made free by his blood sacrifice. We have forgiveness of sins because of God’s rich grace." Related references: Leviticus 17:11 "This is because the life of the body is in the blood. I have told you that you must pour the blood on the altar to purify yourselves. It is the blood that makes a person pure." Ephesians 2:13: "13 Yes, at one time you were far away from God, but now in Christ Jesus, you are brought near to him. You are brought near to God through the blood sacrifice of Christ"
It is the only way to receive God's Lordship. It says in Ephesians 1:9-10: "9 He let us know his secret plan. This was what God wanted, and he planned to do it through Christ. 10 God’s goal was to finish his plan when the right time came. He planned that all things in heaven and on earth be joined together with Christ as the head."
"10 God did this so that every person will bow down to honor the name of Jesus.
Everyone in heaven, on earth, and under the earth will bow.
11 They will all confess, “Jesus Christ is Lord,”
and this will bring glory to God the Father."
Everyone in heaven, on earth, and under the earth will bow.
11 They will all confess, “Jesus Christ is Lord,”
and this will bring glory to God the Father."

It is the only guarantee for salvation and eternal life. It says in Ephesians 1:11: "11 In Christ we were chosen to be God’s people. God had already planned for us to be his people, because that is what he wanted. And he is the one who makes everything agree with what he decides and wants."
That's how amazing God is! From the beginning, it is His plan to redeem and save Humanity! Indeed, God is our living hope.
